Message Error

  I am getting the message error ‘The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.’ Both when I search our website, and when I try to look up the WordPress Dashboard.
  Any ideas how to fix this issue?

  Hi there, what site are you trying to access? There doesn’t seem to be any site connected to the account you are posting from.

  In case you need help with a site using the open source WordPress software on 3rd party hosting, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

  Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of the WordPressdotcom platform. More information about the differences between WP and WPcom can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Hi there,

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com and was only created a few hours ago.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.
