Messages into email

Hi there,
I’ve changed my email address for my website, but when I tested the ‘contact us’ feature, the messages would only go to the original email address. How do I change this without having to go into my original email account (which is blocked)?Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).

You may need to change the email you have set your contact us form to receive messages. Changing the admin email for your website may not affect the form plugin you are using.
So, check your wp-admin bar for the name of the form you are using, if it is WPForms > All Forms. Hover over the name of the form you created and click “Edit”. Select Settings and click on Notifications. Check if the “Send To Email address” box has your new email.
If you use Contact Form 7 then log in to Dashboard > Contact > Edit contact take a look at the Mail section just below the Form section and change the email to your new one, save it and see if it works.

You can use the instructions at this link to update the email address on your Form block: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/form-block/#change-the-email-address-messages-are-sent-to
After updating the block, click “Update” to update the page as well. Submissions after that will go to the new email address you’ll have added to the form block settings.
