Meta Pixel Installation

    Installed the Facebook pixel to the website and followed the instructions through the Facebook business suite. When I go into the settings of the plugin to sync the account it just shows ‘ads creation’ & ‘ads insight’ when I check through facebook it shows that the pixel is not active – how can I resolve this?

    Hi there,

    The only sites I see on your @romancaulfieldjohnson WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    – romanestates.wordpress.com

    However, when I visit that site I don’t see that there is a Facebook pixel added to it. Is it possible you are referring to a site you created under a different login instead?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
