  I am currently paying for a WordPress website midletonartsfestival.com
  I was logging in with (email visible only to moderators and staff). I know longer have access to those emails.
  here is a link to the 2023 bill.

  I can’t recover the account details??? I need to change payment details. I keep getting bills and I can’t change anything.

  It’s a bad idea to post personal and financial info on a public forum!

  As you have a paid plan, it’s very easy to recover access to the account owning that purchase by using the Transacation ID as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help
