Migrate Existing HTML site to Word Press

  Would like to move existing website (html) to word press.
  Looking at options:
  1. It is easy for me to do
  2. Does word press have someone that can do it?
  3. Cost for someone else doing it?
  4. After migration is done–I want to be able to add/delete/manage
  5. Other ideas/options

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
