Migrate my subscribers and stats !

  Hello!
  I have self hosted blog now – ‘divinedewdrops.com’.
  I want to migrate my Subscribers and Stats from my previous WordPress blog.
  I posted a thread regarding this few days back! And after 2 days of posting thread, I received a mail informing me to make some changes in the blog setting, like- to get up the domain name saved which i want for my blog (as it was showing temporary URL). Then, please disconnect and then reconnect Jetpack to WordPress.com.

  I have done it all… now need the Migration of my subscribers & stats! Can somebody help me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
