migrate subscribers

    We wish to migrate our subscribers from our old wordpress.com blog, to our new WordPress website. I’ve connected my WordPress.com account to Jetpack installed on the new website, however migrating subscribers this way won’t keep WordPress.com subscribers email notifications. Is there a way of migrating all our subscribers and retaining the email notifications for both WordPress.com subscribers and email subscribers.
