Migrate theme to wordpress.org

  I purchased the Mimbo Pro theme for WordPress.com and wanted to migrate my site to WordPress.org. Can I migrate the theme or not?

  Premium themes are not able to be transferred or downloaded from WordPress.com.

  However, you can try asking the theme author if they would be willing to provide a discount coupon or the theme files for you to download and use on your self-hosted WordPress.org site.
