migrating followers

Hi there, I recently moved from a wordpress.com to a self hosted wordpress.org website and I am trying to follow the instructions to move my subscribers over but for some reason my wordpress.org website doesn’t show up on the sidebar and when I do get it to show up the button for migrate followers isn’t there, even though I have installed jetpack??? Is there anyway you could help me please?????

Sorry for the trouble! Are you trying to move the subscribers for your site http://jetsetchick.com/ (from the WordPress.com site that had that domain, to the new self-hosted site that’s using the domain now)?
I can help move those subscribers for you. Before I do, though, I noticed that your self-hosted site’s temporary address is saved in our system. To make sure your subscribers end up in the right place (linked to jetsetchick.com instead of the temporary address for that site), can you please follow these steps?
- Head to the Jetpack section of your self-hosted site’s dashboard
- At the bottom of the page, click the link to disconnect from WordPress.com
- Then, reconnect Jetpack to WordPress.com
That will refresh the information about your site here at WordPress.com, so it uses the correct domain.
Just let me know once you do that, and I can move your subscribers for you. :)

Thanks for getting back to me so soon, I hope I’ve managed to do what you’ve asked (the simple things tend to always be the things I do wrong so hopefully its worked!)
And I really appreciate your help with this (its been driving me crazy1!?!?)

That did the trick! :) I started transferring your subscribers to the self-hosted site. That’ll finish soon, and once it’s done you will see all of those subscribers on the new site.
