  I need to migrate your followers from one WordPress.com site to another. Please assist from http://namanews.org/news/(where I have 443 followers) to http://mitigationandtransparencyexchange.org/mate/

  Hi there,

  Those are both self-hosted Jetpack sites, not WordPress.com sites. Have you tried following the instructions on the subscription migration tool to do this?
