migrating from Mailchimp to jetpack

  trying to upload my CSV to jetpack subscriptions and it doesn’t give me errors and just says it will email me when its done and that it succeeded, its been days and I tried multiple formats too, removing all the extra columns and only using email first and last name, and still no luck. what could I be doing wrong?
