Migrating from Metropublisher

  We’re a very small niche publisher in the UK, we have four media brands in the B2B manufacturing newspace. Recently we successfully created a new site on a wordpress.com business plan. This was a relative fresh start with a new brand, however our legacy brands are on a CMS called Metropublisher.
  
  I’m looking to move those three sites to wordpress.com, but there’s that much content on those legacy sites we’d want to port and without an automated functionality, I can see the task being almost insurmountable given what we have on at the moment.
  
  I have a couple of questions, firstly does anyone have any experience of metropublisher to wordpress that could offer advice? And secondly what’s the best value for upgrading our business plan plus all of the addons for 3 more sites?
