Migrating from Weebly to WordPress

Dear WordPress Support,
I am trying to import the content from my Weebly blog. I have searched for migration guides – which i have found. They all mention importing my weebly blog via the RSS import option located under Tools > Import > RSS Importer. I can’t find the RSS Importer under the mentioned section – has it been removed?

We do not have a RSS importing tool on WordPress.com (only WordPress.org), so you will need to try and convert it into one of the accepted formats so that you can use the proper importer here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. At WordPress.com, we provide hosting, support, and tons of features for blogs. Users also have the option to purchase a variety of upgrades to customize the look and feel of their blog. WordPress.org is a software for self-hosted sites. With WordPress.org, users are provided access to all backend files and can upload custom themes and plugins.
