Hi there,
You can export your site’s content at My Site ->Tools ->Export.
But the theme, database, etc from your WordPress.com site cannot be exported or migrated somewhere else.
If you want to also move your stats and existing followers to the new site, you’ll need to install the Jetpack plugin on the new site and connect it to your WordPress.com account.
