migrating old domain subscribers to new domain

  Hi, I recently migrated from an old domain to a new domain and now that I have connected my Jetpack account, it seems that have lost all my subscribers. Is there a way to get those subscribers back?

  Hi there,

  Can you provide the URLs of both the old site and the new site? Was the old site hosted on WordPress.com? I only see your Jetpack connected site under your account.

  My old url was: flippingthruthepages.com
  and the new one is: allthatissim.com

  My old as well as the new site, both are self-hosted.
