Migrating to a new free wordpress

    Hi, I am trying to migrate this website to a new free wordpress that I have just created:

    Home

    I cannot import the backup files via import content. I had backups from All-in one-WP-Migration but it says the files are not zip or xml. Then, I downloaded WPvivid backup plugin which backs it up to zip file. I tried to import the content and it says the file has missing features. Any chance you could migrate the content, theme and pages, as well as product feed to the new free website? I appreciate any help. Thanks.

    Hi there,

    You cannot import backups on WordPress.com that have been generated with those plugins. You need to use the official WordPress exporter. You can find the whole export/import process here:
