Migrating to self-hosted wordpress

  Hi,

  I saw on some forms that there is a way that wordpress.com can transfer all your followers and site stats to another wordpress site. How do I go about doing this? I already have jetpack installed on my new site (simplyembedded.org).

  Hi Chris,

  I see you found the subscription migration tool and already transferred your followers over to your new site. :) I just transferred over your site’s stats, so you’re all set with that.
