    hi im trying to move from vista to wordpress but im not sure how. i have limited knowledge in this area

    Hi there,

    To be sure I understand, you have a site on Vistaprint and you are trying to transfer it to WordPress.com, yes?

    Vistaprint uses a custom website building platform that is not compatible with WordPress, and sadly they do not offer an “export” function that I know of, so it appears they make it rather difficult to leave.

    You may wish to try the steps here to manually move your site, but unfortunately we do not offer a tool to automate the process of moving a site from Vistaprint to WordPress.com: https://transferto.wordpress.com/drag-and-drophtml-site-builders
