Hello I had a website here with wordpress and bought my own domain for it.
I used woocommerce for the backend, and woocommerce subscriptions to take care of my subscribers.
However, I then moved to Shopify for my store. This disconnected the wp-admin page though, and now woocommerce subscriptions has been charging my customers for 3 months!
Can you help me get access to the wordpress backend that still exists somewhere for me to cancel those plugins? I thought I did, but it’s evidently still charging.

It sounds like you need help with the WooCommerce plugin but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead.
We don’t offer WooCommerce on WordPress.com (unless you are upgraded to our WordPress.com Business or eCommerce Plan) so we are not your best point of contact, but the good news is that help is available by contacting WooCommerce staff here:
