  Hello there,

  I am almost new in wordpress and website developing platforms, currently i am able to login wordpress using hostinger, but when i want to login directly using wordpress.com and use the same email and password- it says there are no account exist. i wanted to login wordpress directly rather than using hostinger, i tried to use migration link provided by wp ai assistant but that does not work.

  Here’s the key thing to know: WordPress.com and Hostinger are two separate, unrelated companies.

  • WordPress itself is free, open-source software that anyone can install and use to build a website.
  • Hostinger is a hosting company where you can install that software. It sounds like this is where your site actually lives, and where you log in.
  • WordPress.com (where you are right now) is a different company that offers its own hosting and website service built on top of that same software. We’re essentially a different company that offers the same kind of service.

  So when you log in to manage your site, you’re logging in through Hostinger, not through us. Because your site is hosted with Hostinger, they’re the folks who can help you with login issues, dashboard access, and anything related to your account there.

  I’d recommend reaching out to Hostinger’s support team directly, as they’ll have full access to your setup and can get you sorted out much faster than we can from here.
