migration only blog articles

migration of blog articles to https://willkommen.munipolis.de/blog/.
I checked and only found how with plugin to migrate whole page.
If I only want to migrate posts, how to proceed.
My boss is asking me to migrate more than 30 articles with formating etc. manually. I believe there is a faster way to do so?
