Minimum cost option to just write a blog

  How much would it cost me to be able to just blog away as I see fit? I am not looking to advertise nor do I intend to make money here.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Nothing – just keep writing at the site linked to your name – the only “cost” is per the Terms of Service WordPress.COM might run an ad on your site to help cover the cost of a “free” blog for you (the server costs and such need to be paid somehow)
