Minnow theme: Replace social media icons with your own icons?

  Just started up a wordpress blog and went with the minnow theme. I was wondering if it was possible to somehow use your own icons instead of the premade ones? I am talking about the four round icons just below your website title.

  Yes, that could be done. It would require the WordPress.com Premium Plan upgrade, which includes Custom Design and would allow us to add CSS to accomplish this.
