I cancelled everything I could on my end before the end of 2021. I even removed my card from the payment information and I was still charged $300 at the end of January 2022. I am frustrated because there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to get in contact with anyone to confirm that things are cancelled and I would like a refund as my domain is not active and hasn’t been for several months.

To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
