A Blogger is posting information about our services that are false.
He is pretending to be an expert in suicide prevention, and is making false claims about our advanced treatments through: [redacted by mod].
Attempts have been made to get him to stop but, he persists.

Hello there, that site isn’t hosted here on WordPress.com servers, but looks to be hosted at NameCheap. You’ll need to contact that web hosting provider directly. We won’t be able to help you with this here.
Just to clarify, “WordPress” comes in 2 flavors; the fully hosted WordPress.com (where we are ) and the open source WordPress (org) project at https://wordpress.org This support guide explains some of the differences between them: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

I just wanted to add that even if the site were hosted with us, we might not have been able to do anything here, as we are not able to determine whether or not someone is making false claims, and that can likely only be determined by a court. You can see our applicable policies in this regard here:
