Misplaced Website

    I was helping a friend set up a website with WordPress. It was to be his individual site, not related to mine, but it showed up in my list of sites. I want surgically remove his site from my info. with his own Login and Password, etc. A WordPress phone # would come in handy. THANkS

    Hi,

    The steps to take would be create a separate account (when you’re not logged in to your account) or have your friend do so, and then transfer the site to that account. See the Transferring a Site to Another WordPress.com Account support page for information and instructions.

    A WordPress phone # would come in handy.

    WordPress.com doesn’t have phone support, and has never had a customer service phone number in the eight years I’ve been a member.
