missed renewal

    My website was on wordpress. Looks like I missed the renewal notification when my card expired. How can I bring it back? I don’t see an option in the wordpress interface.

    Hi there,

    From what I can see you had the Business Plan on your site recently but it was allowed to expire. When this plan expires the features of the plan (such as any plugins you added) are removed automatically.

    The good news is that you can upgrade to the Business Plan again, and that will allow you to access backups and support to get your site back to it’s original appearance.
