Missing a temporary folder

  Estou com um grande problema,não consigo fazer upload de nenhum arquivo no wordpress, sempre q tento fazer upload aparece o seguinte erro ‘ missing a temporary folder’ ja fiz de tudo,ja configurei o arquivo wp-config.php ,ja criei a pasta temp no wp-content e nada resolve
