Missing blog

  In 2011, I set up thestampcottage.wordpress.com blog but never used it. Tonight I tried to. I found it, but am being told I’m not the administrator. When I try to use that address for a new blog, it says the name has already been taken. It comes up as with my name when I log in but doesn’t show up as one of my blogs. I own the domain name, thestampcottage.com.

  What has most likely happened is that you have ended up with multiple WordPress.com user accounts. The one you are posting from is not the owner of thestampcottage.wordpress.com.

  If you cannot remember your login info for the other account, you can use the account recovery system here:
