Missing blog posts and can’t make pages

Hi im trying to update my website and suddenly all of my blog posts dissappeared. I’m also trying to add new pages other than the home, blog, and contact sections but it wont let me or i don’t know how. Can anyone help?

Hi there, I took a look at your site and good news! Your posts are still there. :)
It looks like, at some point, the “Blog” page was no longer set as the site’s posts page.
You can fix that by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/pages/front-page/#step-3-create-a-blog-page-optional
As for adding more pages to your site’s menu, you can customize it by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/menus/add-links-to-a-menu/#add-menu-items-in-the-customizer
