Missing Content on Our WordPress Site from 2018

    Hello Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well. We’re facing a critical issue with our WordPress website. The last time our site was fully operational was in 2018. Upon logging in today, I was alarmed to find that all our content, including plugins, images, and the template we used for our website design, has completely disappeared. There’s no trace of any of it.

    Considering the vast amount of content we previously had, this loss is significant for us. We are looking to understand:

    1.What might have caused this disappearance?
    2. Is there a way for WordPress to retrieve or restore our missing content or site? From a backup you might have or any other source?

    OMGosh, I was coming on to ask about the exact same issue. My site is completely gone. Last time I was using it was 2020 and was returning finally to revamp company. I hope we get help with this.
