Missing Followers?
-
Hi,
So I recently switched my blog over from affordablyfashionable.wordpress.com, (where I had around 100 – 110 followers), to using the URL affordablyfashionable.co.uk and hosting it myself.
I installed the Jetpack plugin and followed all the steps to migrate my followers across which worked but my posts still weren’t appearing in the wordpress reader like I was told they would.
So I followed some advice I saw on these forums to try deactivating and reactivating the Jetpack plugin, except now all my followers are gone and they aren’t visible on either the old or new site.
I’m really confused and worried and would love some help please! :)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @rachel0ates, it looks like you transferred followers to a photography site. Does that sound right? We can try to move them back for you but I want to be sure we’re all on the same page.

Thanks for replying @supernovia!
I do also have a photography site which uses WordPress and is linked to this account, but I definitely transferred them to AffordablyFashionable.co.uk (which is also available via RachelOatesPhotography.co.uk/AffordablyFashionable ) at first.
I guess they could somehow have been moved the the photography site (which is RachelOatesPhotography.co.uk/blog) but I’m not seeing them displayed under the followers for that either?
Basically, as long as my followers which were following affordablyfashionable.wordpress.com are moved to following affordablyfashionable.co.uk I’ll be happy :)

Hi @rachel0ates, okay. I think I found some of them, but I’m not sure if I’ve got them all. Can you take a look and let me know how that compares to your old numbers?

@supernovia – yep, 109 followers on AffordablyFashionable.co.uk, that sounds about right! Thank you so much!! :)
