Missing followers (part 2)

    Good Afternoon,

    I had an unresolved topic with you and now I cannot write in it anymore as it says it’s closed for new replies

    So I’m posting now on a new subject regarding that same problem.
    As I had the feeling that all my problems started when I changed my WordPress name, I finally decided to change my name. I think it resolved some of my problems, but not all of them.

    -> The “like” option is now available on the reader (https://wordpress.com/read/feeds/105927434)
    -> Articles seem to post on time (even though I’ll have to check in time)

    However, my followers did end up to disappear as you can see at the top of the linked page, as it now says ‘2 followers’ (my sister and I) when I had 330+ if I remember correctly.

    Can you look into it?

    Hi, yes, your followers not showing up on your list after renaming your site still an open bug. It’s not been a high priority since your readers are still getting their content, so it will be picked up when someone is working through that area.

    Renaming the site again will not fix that since the glitch is in renaming the site.

    Also, even though the articles I post seem to appear on my reader, they don’t appear on the general reader.

    Where are you looking in the general reader? Please send a link to that.

    Hi,

    That’s what I’m trying to say, the issue changed.
    BEFORE: the followers didn’t appear on my website, but still appeared on the top right corner of my reader and still could access my content
    NOW: the followers totally dissapeared from everywhere (even my reader page) and people who don’t follow me don’t receive recent posts (I’ve checked with three different people that used to follow me)

    But all other issues are now fixed, I can post articles, they seem to appear properly on the reader, people who follow me can see, like and comment on the article (when they couldn’t before), and all new followers I can now see in my account page AND in my reader page. But all those who used to follow me before yesterday are gone.

    Hi there,

    I can see 30 followers on your Reader page. I know that this number is not correct, but it shows that people are still being able to subsctibe and follow your site.

    Yes, as I said in my two previous posts, all the issues I used to have with my blog were resolved when I changed my blog’s name BUT all the 300+ followers I used to have disappeared. Now, I have had new followers subscribing for the last three day, and they remain subscribed which is good, but I would like to know if it’s possible to get the subscribers that disappeared back.

    This is the only remaining issue I have, all the rest has settled. Can I get my followers back?

    all the 300+ followers I used to have disappeared

    We have already explained that your followers haven’t unsubscribed, they all still follow your blog, they just aren’t shown in your admin side.

    We have already reported that to our developers and we’ll update you here when it’s fixed.
