missing "install new theme" button :/

  Hi,

  I cannot install a new theme that i previously downloaded because i do not see the button for it in my admin panel.

  Can you please help me install my theme?

  Welcome to WordPress.com. The only themes we can use here can be found in our Dashboard>Appearance>Themes. We cannot install any other theme.

  Since you are so new to WordPress.com, I’d highly recommend that you take some time and work through the tutorial created especially for new users: http://learn.wordpress.com/

  So what can i do with a template received in a ZIP format? Lets say from themeforest.
