Missing installation

  I purchased my domain (bodybliss.nyc), email, and hosting through hello.co (they have a direct link to set up my site through WP). I also set up a WP account (username: zeeday143). When trying to set up my site (through the WP link on hello.co), it takes me to an ‘Insufficient Requirements’ page, displaying the message, ‘Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress’. Can We fix/set that up on the back end for me, or can someone walk me through exactly what I need to do (I’m not the most tech literate, at times).
