Missing Invoices | Nothing Working Anymore

    Hey WordPress Team, we had multiple Woocommerce Subscriptions linked to our Site – For the past years we always logged in at WooCommerce using our WordPress Account to access invoices and to manage WooCommerce Plug-In Subscriptions.

    Everything worked well for years. And please note that we had already used the WordPress Account to access WooCommerce data. Now nothing works. I’m in this weird interface looking like a WordPress Backend and I have no invoices and no option to manage any of our WooCommerce plug-in subscriptions.

    1) Please provide us with our invoice for Woocommerce Coupons (18734001395895) from January 2023.
    2) Please make things work again for our account so that we can manage plug-in subscriptions and download invoices.

    You may need to contact WooCommerce support for help with that. Can you go to this link and submit a support request to the WooCommerce support team?

    If that link doesn’t work, you may need to log out of WooCommerce.com and ensure you’re using this WordPress.com account to log into WooCommerce.com as well. It may be best to log out of all accounts, clear your browser cache, and then log into WordPress.com and then click here to log into WooCommerce.com.

    Also, if you’re own site’s wp-admin dashboard is missing the WooCommerce extensions, you may want to follow the instructions on this page. If that doesn’t help or you have more questions, please contact WooCommerce at the link I shared above.
