Missing Menu and Customizer

  My menu has completely disappeared and I can no longer navigate to my different pages of my site. I tried to change menu options but nothing makes it reappear. Also I seem unable to access the customizer to edit my sidebar widgets. The option to customize is just nowhere to be found. I am on a free account with the standard plugins.

  Are you referring to the site https://jonathandavisweb.wordpress.com/? It presently has a menu displayed at the top right.

  The option to customize is just nowhere to be found. I am on a free account with the standard plugins.

  At My Sites > Personalize > Themes there should be a Customize button. It will link to https://wordpress.com/customize/jonathandavisweb.wordpress.com.
