missing mneus
-
just started a new WordPress.com – I added two posts – then I started looking at the options under the ‘screen options’. Click on various ones
Soon after this I noticed that the menus on the right side , publish ect, have gone and are now on the left side down underneath the post content section and I cant get then to come back to the original location in the right panel. I have put all the screen options back as they were – checked this by created another blog under a different username and computer with exactly the same settings and have no issues.
Any thoughts? ThanksThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Admin page > top right hand corner > screen options > checkmark all modules
Then post again and tell us if that solved your issue. -
Screen Options includes “Number of Columns”. Make sure you’ve set that to 2, then drag each module to the desired position.

OK – checkmarked all screen options had no effect – columns were set to 2.
Dragging across saved the day – Had tried dragging across before but the panel did not stay – this time I moved by dragging the left panel higher in the left panel list (had not really appreciated that they were separate movable panels) and this allowed me to see an outline of the panel on the right. Dragging now into that panel box on the right made the panel stay on the right – I did likewise for categories and post tags and its back to default. Now why did this happen – well it seems that changing columns to 1 then on changing back to 2 the panels don’t reset.
Thanks for your help !!
