Missing page attributes section

  The page attributes section is missing. It should be under publish in the edit page screen right? but nothing is under the page edit except “Featured image”. How to I make the “Page attributes” appear?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, could you please click the Screen Options tab at the top right of your page screen, and make sure the Page Attributes checkbox is checked?
