Missing payment

    Hello i have received an order through my woocommerce store, stripe charged their account with p24 webhook however it never reached stripe. Customer got charged and the money never ended up on stripe response i get from stripe support is:
    ‘You need to speak with Woocommerce, not p24. I didn’t advise you to speak with p24 but rather speak with Woocom Payments team. Since they built the Stripe and P24 integration that they are using.’

    Correct account: Yes

    Thats the problem when i try to access support on my woocommerce account i get this message

    In order to access this section of your account please verify your email address.
    If you have already confirmed your email address, please log out of WooCommerce.com and then login again. If you still need to confirm your email, we sent you an email to verify your email address when you signed up. You can try searching for an email from WordPress.com to find it.

    Note: Don’t forget to check your spam folder!

    However i verified the account and when i request for new email to be send to be verified it never arrives.

  • Ok, please go to https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/ and select the option “I need help with my account or with a product I purchased on WooCommerce.com” then select “Need something else” to submit a help request to verify your account.

    You can ask your question there too at the same time.
