Missing Plugin Information

I may be getting old and my memory failing me but I am sure that I used to be able to get back to the installation and other information for my installed plugins from my Plugins page where there was a link back to the WordPress.com page for the plugin. It now seems to have disappeared?
Am I right? Is this an ‘improvement’ from one of the recent upgrades?
I know I can get the information from the header details of the plugin files themselves but this is cumbersome to say the least. Is this an error and will these links be returned or is there some code I can add to bring them back?
I am trying to clean out my old plugins, some of which have been replaced by the enhanced functionality of WordPress and/or the themes. Relying on a title search is not always possible and I want to be sure before I remove a plugin that it is what I think it is.
Can anyone shed some light on this please?

On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.
If you’re using the open source WordPress software found at WordPress.org, you should be able to access all plugins on your site by logging into WP-Admin and going to Plugins ->Installed Plugins.
For a site connected to WordPress.com via the Jetpack plugin you can also view your plugins at My Site ->Plugins on WordPress.com. There is a Jetpack connection in your account for a site, http://jabberjam.co.uk/root_sites/all/maisonmaitre/, but if I try to visit that link I get a page not found error, and the Jetpack connection appears to be broken.
The only way to fix the Jetpack connection is to log into WP-Admin on that site and reconnect Jetpack from there.
