Missing plugins and I option to restore is missing??

  Running WordPress 5.1.4. The WPSlider I was using disappeared after I made an edit to the slider (removed an image) and there is no Plugin tab! There is also no option to restore the page I’m attempting to correct. I could really use some help with what happened and how I can restore the page to a previous setting.
