  Hi there,

  What is the title of the post in question, and what is the URL of the site where you wrote it?

  If you deleted the post within the past 30 days, you should be able to restore it from Trash:

  Delete a Page or Post

  But if you deleted it longer ago than that, there’s no way to get it back.
