  Hi there,

  This is a public forum. Please do not post private transaction information like transaction or receipt IDs here.

  The account you’re using to post here was created only a few hours ago and has not bought anything from WordPress.com.

  WordPress.com receipt IDs contain numbers only, and you wouldn’t have a receipt ID unless you have a receipt.

  Where did you get these codes? If you got them from your bank/credit card statement, they’re not receipt IDs, but transaction IDs, and for transactions on the account with the username, korstevollgruppen.

  Please log in as that username, and you’ll be able to view and print out the receipts from the Billing History page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  We can re-send the emails for those receipts as well, but we can only send them to the email address connected to the korstevollgruppen account, not to the email address you used for the new scanglideanalytics account.
