  my other site avestore.com.au is missing

  i keep getting this message when i try to renew

  Correct account: Yes

  The error is as it says: you are logegd in to the wrong account. As you have a paid plan, it’s very easy to restore access to the account owning that site by using the Transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
