Missing site in my profile

    Hello, I’m trying to investigate why my site isn’t working, and I’ve logged into WordPress to see if it could be an issue from this side, but I can’t find my page.

    When I go to my page, I get a message ‘error connecting to database’ – this has been happening for the last week or so.

    I’d appreciate any and all advice as it’s been a while since i did the initial set-up and am trying to dust off the cobwebs on how this all works again.

    The site I need help with is sitstaysail.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org. You must contact your hosting to solve this problem.
