Missing Temporary Folder – Image upload

    Hi there,

    I’m having issues uploading new media to WordPress (this is a new problem). When I upload media, I get the error message: Missing a temporary folder.

    I’ve gone into my cPanel file manager to create a ‘temp’ file and change the wp_config.php file as recommended by online help forums, but the problem hasn’t been solved.

    Could you please assist in fixing this issue?

    Hi there,

    The site you’re speaking is not hosted on WordPress.com, as we don’t use cPanel anywhere on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
