Missing website

  I used to have administrative access to https://hallmarkhouseky.com/ but it’s gone.

  When I attempt to go to https://hallmarkhouseky.com/ it gives my this error: ‘Missing wp-config.php please contact WordPress.com Support.’

  And in my WP account, the website isn’t viewable. And it says it’s now linked to another wordpress account. But that shouldn’t be the case. Please assist.
