Missing work

Hi. I don’t seem able to find my work. Having been away for some time, i logged backed into my account recently and completed some work, however, on my return, i could no located the work and my account appears to have been changed/downgraded. The themes (beyot )i previously installed and used to completed the work can no longer be located.. Could you please provide some clue as to what happened and how to recover my work and installed themes work?

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It was a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
