Mistake with verification

    Hi, I just bought a domain with you and upgraded from free to premium. However i had 2 site registered and the wrong email has been attached to the purchase i have just made.

    I now cannot access the account and domain I have paid for. The account was mayadem.psychotherapy and the domain is mayacounselling.org.

    The only account i can access is maydjewellery. It is not this account i wanted to upgrade at this time. I fear that I have just lost all the owrk i have put into the purchased account and domain.

    I look forward to hearing from you with hope i can rectify this.

    mayadem.psychotherapy is not an account, as WordPress.com account usernames cannot contain punctuation. The username you need to log into the correct account is just mayadempsychotherapy

    Log out of the maydjewellery account and try using that username to reset your password. If that doesn’t work, please follow our account recovery steps at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ to regain access to the account.
